Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:

2 cups fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley or 2 Tablespoon dry
1 clove garlic -- finely chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation:

Combine bread crumbs, onion, parsley, garlic, oregano and cheese; mix thoroughly. Store in a tightly covered container in the freezer for up to 6 months. Makes 3 cups
