Ingredients:

1 package hot roll mix -- 13 3/4 oz
1/4 cup very warm water
1 can tomato sauce -- 8 ounce
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 pound ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn with green peppers -- 12 oz, drained
1/2 cup mild taco sauce
1/2 cup catsup
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 can diced green chilies -- 4 oz, drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
10 large stuffed green olives
1/4 cup corn chips -- crushed

Preparation:

Remove yeast packet from hot roll mix. Dissolve yeast in a large bowl containing the very warm water. Add, blending well, the hot roll mix, tomato sauce, and cornmeal. Pat dough onto a greased 14 inch pizza pan forming a rim around the edge. Cover; let rise in a warm place until light and doubled, 30 to 45 minutes. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add, stirring to blend, corn, taco sauce, catsup, minced onion, and oregano leaves. Spread on dough the meat mixture, green chilies, cheddar cheese, olives, and corn chips. Bake in a 400 degree F. gas oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are a deep golden brown.
