90 Minute Bread

Ingredients:

4 cups warm water
4 tablespoons dry yeast
4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar
4 tablespoons oil
7 cups white or wheat flour
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and begin slowly adding flour. Knead well by hand, adding flour till soft smooth dough appears. Let rise till double, about 1 hour. Punch down and knead again. Form 4 loaves and place in 4 greased loaf pans. Let rise again till double or 1 hour. Bake at 350*F for 25 to 35 minutes. Turn out on racks, butter and cool. (Rises fast and amount of yeast is why it is called 90 minute bread......You can cut yeast in half and take longer to make.)
