Preparation:
1. Combine wafer crumbs, icing sugar, cocoa and 1/3 cup melted margarine; press firmly onto the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan. 2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 3. For filling combine margarine and cocoa stirring until smooth; set aside. 4. In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy add cocoa mixture; mix well. 5. Greadually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. 6. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. 7. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until center is set (it will still be soft). 8. Cook and chill thoroughly. Just before serving remove the sides of the pan. |
