Crockpot Cajun Ribs

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Pounds pork ribs
1 can carrots
1 Teaspoon pressed garlic
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1 bottle barbq sauce
 

Preparation:

Put ribs in crockpot. Drain carrots and put on top of ribs. Add spice and pour barbq sauce on top. Set Crockpot on LOW setting and let cook till done. I let mine go most of the day...started it off on hight to get going then turned to LOW.
