Preparation:
Prepare pasta according to package direction, drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, in large skillet or wok heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook until tender, 8-10 minutes. Add broccoli, zucchini and carrots; cook until crisp-tender, adding 2-3 tablespoons water if necessary to prevent sticking. Add pasta, soy sauce, vegetable bouillon granules, garlic power and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil; cook 6 minutes. |
