Preparation:
Mix marinade ingredients in bowl. Lay a 2 pound flank steak in bottom of broiling pan; spread 1/2 of marinade on it. Turn steak; spread with remainder of marinade. Cover with waxed paper; leave at least 20 minutes or refrigerate for several hours. Heat broiler to red hot. Put steak under hot broiler; broil at least 3 minutes. Turn steak; broil on other side 2 or 3 min- utes. Steak should be rare. Slice on the diagonal across the grain. Catherine Class Scanned and formatted by Swest |
