Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup garlic
2 pounds boneless beef sirloin
1/4 cup scallions
1/4 cup sesame seeds
 

Preparation:

combine soy, sugar, and garlic-mix well add beef-toss to coat well cover and chill for 4-24 hours, turning often remove from marinade, drain well broil or grill for 4 minutes on each side thinly bias-slice, across the grain into thin strips arrange onto a serving platter garnish with minced scallions and sesame seeds serve hot or at room temperature
