Preparation:
Trim all the fat that you can off the steak. Cut meat into serving size
portions.
In a skillet brown meat in hot oil. Slice onion and place in bottom of
a 4 quart
crockpot. Place browned meat on top of the onion..on can also add their
veggies like
carrots and must have potatoes too at this time...makes it nice and
tasty too..In a
bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cook on HIGH
setting for5 hours
or LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
Now I have seen it in other recipes where they say not to put veggies in
but I do and
I also add a little broth over the meat too..mixed in with the soups.
Just add your
veggies with the onions and then put everything on top..My hubby always
has to have
his corn on the cob but you may fix what ever you or your family likes.
Also, I have
a larger crockpot so it doesn't really matter if you don't have a 4 qt.
