Beef With Spicy Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound top sirloin beef -- cut for stir-fry
1 package stir-fry vegetables with wild rice -- (16 ounces)
1 cup spicy ginger cooking and
1 bottle dipping sauce
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a large skillet, preferably non-stick, over high heat. Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and sauce and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked through. Cook Time: 6 minutes Makes: 4 servings
