Preparation:
Combine pumpkin, sugar, and spices in a food processor process to a smooth puree add eggs-mix well add evaporated milk-mix well pour into a prepared pie crust bake @ 425 degrees for 15 minutes bake @ 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until a toothpick, inserted in the center, comes out clean remove from oven to cool serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with a dollop of whipped cream |
