Preparation:
1. Fill your favorite crepes with a spoonful of low-fat cottage cheese.
2. Fold two sides toward center, overlapping slightly; place seam side down in buttered baking pan.
3. Pour on Strawberry-Ginger Sauce; bake in preheated 325 F. oven about 10 minutes or until warmed through.
Strawberry-Ginger Sauce Makes 1 cup 1. Melt strawberry spread over low heat; stir in orange juice concentrate and ginger.
2. Mix together cornstarch and water and add to strawberry mixture; cook, stirring, over low heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Cool. |
