Preparation:
Mix flour, oleo and 1/2 c. nuts; press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in 1 c. Cool Whip. Mix well and spread over cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding mix and milk on lowest speed for 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remainder of Cool Whip over chocolate layer and sprinkle remainder of nuts on top. Chill. Good made the day before serving. |
