Cranberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients:

1 crust unbaked pastry shell pricked
1 package cream cheese softened -- (8 oz.)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
3 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can whole cranberry sauce -- (16 oz.)
1/4 cup cold margarine or butter
1 cup unsifted flour
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425'. Bake the pastry shell for 8 min. Remove from the oven. Reduce the heat of the oven to 375'. In a mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in the lemon juice concentrate. Pour into the prepared pastry shell. In a bowl combine 1 tbsp. Sugar and the cornstarch; mix well. Stir in the cranberry sauce. Spoon evenly over the cheese mixture. In another bowl, cut margarine into the flour and remaining 2 tbsp. Sugar until crumbly. Stir in the nuts. Sprinkle evenly over the cranberry mixture. Bake for 45-50 min. Or until bubbly and golden. Cool. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Makes 1 p
