Preparation:
Mix pumpkin, cream and eggs. Add sugar, flour and spice. Mix well. Add
butter and flavorings. Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake in hot oven, 425
degrees, for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake until knife
inserted into center comes out clean (about 1 1/2 hours). Top with the
following mixture.
Topping:
1 cup pecan meats
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
Serve with whipped cream |
