Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, egg, vanilla, sugar and flour. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture over pie crust. Combine defrosted escalloped apples, caramel topping and cinnamon. Gently spoon over cream cheese mixture to keep two distinct layers. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples bubble up around edge of pie. Serve at room temperature. Promptly store leftover pie in refrigerator.
*Defrost stouffers escalloped apples in microwave on 50% power 6 to 7 minutes. |
