Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients:

1 packages White or yellow French Vanilla cake mix
1 Cup water (or sour cream)
1/2 Cup oil
4 large eggs
1 packages Vanilla instant pudding, dry
4 tablespoon poppy seed
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together until mixture is smooth. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 min. Cool and ice with glaze. GLAZE: Mix together the following: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Hot water Add water until mixture is of desired consistency (able to drizzle over cake). Start with 2 T. and slowly add more.
