Veggie Beef Soup

Ingredients:

1/2 pound stew meat -- cut in 1/2 inch cubes
14 ounces tomatoes
1 medium carrot -- sliced
1 small onion -- diced
1 stalk celery -- sliced
3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 piece beef bouillon cube
1 Cup water
 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in crock. qadd water to barely cover. Stir. cover and cook 10-16 hours.
