Preparation:
Combine garlic, seasonings, water and oil and bring to a boil. Cover
and simmer for 30 minutes. Crumble bread into the soup and return to a
boil. Serve with grated cheese.
Makes 4 servings.

properties. You can also use it as a stock to make other dishes such as
