Preparation:
Combine peas, onions, 1/4 cup of the chicken broth and dill in microwave safe dish. Cover and cook on high till peas are extremely tender (8-10 minutes). Cool, then add the rest of the chicken broth. Pour half of the pea mixture into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to another container and process the rest. Cover the pea mixture and chill until serving time. With a wire whisk, blend in 8 ounces of yogurt. Garnish each serving bowl with an extra dollop of yogurt, if desired. |
