Creamed Vegetable Soups 2

1/4 cup cold cooked cream of rice
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 ounces strained peas -- spinach or carrots,
1 teaspoon butter
 

Preparation:

In a blender, combine cooked cream of rice, milk, salt and peas; whir until smooth. Add butter and heat, stirring now and the. Makes about 1 1/2 cups or 2 servings
