Preparation:
Brown stew meat in the oil and remove to crockpot. Add vegatable juice and fresh veggies cut into bite size pieces. Cook on low 8 hours or 5 hours on high. Add frozen veggies last 1-2 hours. You can add as many veggies as you like. I add more potatos because my husband like them and less carrots because he won't eat them. Thicken with cornstarch before serving, or serve as beef soup |
