Preparation:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, bran and baking soda, and blend into creamed mixture. Stir in oats, carrots and apples. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake in a moderate oven (350 F ) for 10 - 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen. |
