Preparation:
Dice sausage and onion. Saut‚ on medium-high in wine until wine is reduced to 1/8 volume. Stir in cracker crumbs to make a firm stuffing. Stuff each mushroom cap with mixture and top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes. |
