Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, onions, milk, horseradish and salt, mixing until well blended. Stir in almonds; spoon nto 9 inch pie plate. Arrange ten bread slices around outer edge of cream cheese mixture. Place remaining bread on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cream cheese mixture and bread at 375 degrees, 15 minutes. Top cream cheese mixture with parsley. Serve with toasted bread slices. 6 servings
Variations: substitute 6oz can crabmeat for frozen crabmeat
substitute 7 3/4oz can salmon, drained, flaked, for crabmeat
