So-Easy Fish Divan

Ingredients:

1 Package cheese sauce mix -- (about 11/8 ounces)
1 1/3 Cups milk
16 ounces frozen vegetable combination: brussel sprouts
2 medium carrots
1 medium cauliflower
1 1/3 Cups Frenchs French Fried Onions -- divided
1 Pound unbreaded fish fillets -- thawed if frozen
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese -- (2ounces)
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small saucepan, prepare cheese sauce mix according to package directions using 1-1/3- cups milk. In 12x8-inch baking dish, combine vegetables and 2/3- cup french fried onions: top with fish fillets. Pour cheese sauce over fish and vegetables. Bake uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
