Preparation:
combine broth and water in a stockpot combine lemon zest, lime zest, and chiles tie into a piece of cheesecloth and place into stockpot bring broth mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes remove and discard sachet add clams, shrimp, and crab simmer, over a medium-low flame, for 10-15 minutes, until clams are open and shrimp are pink (discard any clams that do not open) stir in lime juice serve hot |
