Preparation:
Steam lobster and crab legs, cool peel, devein, and butterfry shrimp leaving tails intact slice crab legs into 3-4 inch pieces clean lobster and slice into 3-4 inch pieces heat butter and oil in a skillet, over a moderate flame add garlic and saute for 2 minutes add shrimp and red pepper flakes, saute for 4-6 minutes, until dark pink add crab and lobster and allow to heat thoroughly top with lemon juice and minced parsley serve hot, accompanied by garlic bread |
