Preparation:
1. Thaw fish if frozen; set aside.
2. Cook onion in buffer until tender; blend in flour.
3. Add remaining ingredients (except fillets) and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
4. Remove bay leaf and clove.
5. Arrange fillets in well-greased shallow baking dish; cover with sauce.
6. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
