Maui Lobster

Ingredients:

2 medium australian lobster tail
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 cups cabbage
4 medium celery
2 medium Onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon msg
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation:

cut celery and onions into paper-thin strips, set aside wash lobster tails and place into boiling water with half the salt simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, drain, and cool remove meat from shell, discard shells shred meat and set aside combine cabbage, celery, onions, remaining salt, pepper, half the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and msg add lobster meat and toss to mix well place into 4-6 lobster shells or individual baking dishes top each with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise season with white pepper and paprika bake @ 325 degrees for 15 minutes remove to a heated serving platter serve hot
