Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredients:

3/4 pound red snapper or turbot fillets
1 tablespoon melted butter
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon rosemary
1 dash pepper
 

Preparation:

Place red snapper fillets in single layer in baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients; pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees, 25 minutes or until done.
