Preparation:
1. Place halibut steaks in buttered shallow baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Mix bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter, sesame seeds and thyme; sprinkle over halibut. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon butter.
3. Bake in preheated 450 F. oven 15 minutes per inch of thickness.
4. Top with grapefruit sections and brush with remaining butter; return to oven for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
