Frisco Steamed Mussels

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons garlic
1 cup onion
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
36 medium mussel
1 cup white wine
1 medium lemon
 

Preparation:

Heat oil and butter in a saucepan, over a medium flame add garlic, onions, parsley, basil, oregano, and pepper heat and stir for 10 minutes add mussels and wine cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until shells pop open discard any mussels that don't open ladle into individual serving bowls garnish with lemon wedges serve h
