Fried Fish

Ingredients:

3 pounds dressed fish or fillets
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg -- beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 1/2 cups dry crumbs -- bread cereal crackers
3 Cup oil -- for frying
 

Preparation:

Combine milk, egg, salt and pepper. Dip fish in milk and roll in crumbs. Fry at moderate heat 4 to 5 minutes or until brown. Turn carefully. Fry 4 to 5 minutes on other side. Drain on paper towels. 6 servings.
