Ingredients:

2 cups sourdough breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 pounds squid
3 large egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
 

Preparation:

Combine breadcrumbs and poultry seasoning dip rings into beaten egg coat evenly with breadcrumbs season with salt and pepper place onto a baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes meanwhile, heat oil to 350 degrees add squid in small batches and fry until golden drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot
