Barbecued Brook Trout

Ingredients:

1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion -- minced
1 teaspoon original worcestershire sauce
4 fillets trout {8 to 10 oz ea.}
 

Preparation:

1. Combine mustard, chili sauce, brown sugar, salt, onion and Worcestershire in small saucepan; simmer 10 minutes. 2. Place fish in well-greased hinged wire grill; brush with sauce. 3. Grill 8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally.
