Scallion-Cheddar Crackers

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 ounce dry scallion dip mix
1 cup flour
 

Preparation:

combine butter and cheese in a mixer bowl-beat until smooth stir in dip mix and flour-beat until well blended divide in half and shape into logs wrap in plastic and chill for 4-24 hours cut into 1/4-inch slices place onto a greased baking sheet bake @ 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned serve warm or at room temperature
