Low Fat Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup cheese -- shredded
1/4 cup flour
2 cups lowfat 1% milk
 

Preparation:

Gradually add flour to milk, whisking till blended. Cook over medium heat in heavy saucepan till thick (about 8 min.), stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, stirring till melted.
