Chile Con Queso

Serves: 1 1/4 cups dip
 

Ingredients:

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces green chiles
1/4 cup Half and Half
2 tablespoons onion
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

* Use either cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese (4 oz) **Use 1 4-oz can of chopped green chiles, drained. Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
