Sweet-and-Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

1/3 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
 

Preparation:

Heat preserves, chili sauce and mustard in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until preserves are melted. Stir in vinegar.
