THREE MELON MELANGE

Ingredients:

1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup water
1/3 Cup orange liqueur
4 Cup watermelon
2 Cup cantaloupe
2 Cup honeydew
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint (optional)
 

Preparation:

Combine sugar and water in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add liqueur; chill. In large bowl, combine melons. Toss with fresh mint, if using. Just before serving, pour syrup over fruit.
