Strawberry Fool

Ingredients:

1	package	instant vanilla pudding mix -- (3 3/4 oz.)
1	cup	milk
1/2	teaspoon	almond extract
1	cup	whipping cream -- whipped
2	packages	frozen strawberries -- in quick-thaw pouch thawed (10 oz.)

Preparation:

Prepare pudding mix as directed using only 1 cup milk and extract. Fold in whipped cream. Puree strawberries in blender and fold into pudding leaving some bands of color.
