Preparation:
1. Place the raspberries in a saucepan, reserving a few for decoration. Add the sugar and water and heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Remove from the heat and spoon a little juice into a cup. Sprinkle the gelatine into the cup and stir until dissolved. Stir into the raspberries and allow to cool.
3. Mix the creme fraiche with the raspberries and spoon into 4 individual serving glasses. Chill until set. Decorate with remaining raspberries before serving. |
