Preparation:
In non-aluminum saucepan heat wine and water until simmering. Add plums, orange peel, cinnamon sticks, allspice and sugar. Cook, simmering for about 6 minutes. Add blackberries. Cook 2 minutes. Stir gently. Add port. Pour into serving bowls. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream.
