Preparation:
Into large bowl, sift together frist 6 ingredients. Stir in brown sugar,
set aside. In a small bowl, mix
oil, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stiir in undrained pineapple. Add
to dry ingredients; stir
just until moistened. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake in a
350 degree oven for 55 to
60 minutes or until loaf is glden brown and a toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool in
pan for 10 minutes. |
