Ingredients:

1 medium banana
1 medium red apple cored and diced
1 Cup canned unsweetened pineapple crushed well drained
1 Cup greed seedless grapes
1 Cup plain lowfat yogurt
 

Preparation:

Combine banana and apple in a bowl. Cut the orange over the bowl to save the juice it keeps the other fruit from browning. Stir in the pineapple, grapes, and yogurt. Chill 1 hour
