Baked Pears

Ingredients:

4 medium pears
1 Cup brown sugar
1 jar fat-free caramel sauce
1 package fat-free vanilla ice cream
 

Preparation:

Peel, halve and core pears, put cut-side down on baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pop under the broiler until bubbly. Top with Fat-free caramel sauce (Mrs Richardson makes a great one) and serve over Fat-free vanilla ice
