Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425.
Peel, halve and core pears and apples. Cut fruit into thick wedges. Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper. On each piece of parchment pile some pear and apple wedges. Crumble over all the ginger snaps. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Crumble blue cheese over all. Drizzle honey and wine on top. Fold paper together and turn edges over to seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes in regular oven or 3-4 minutes on high in microwave.
Approximately 4-10 minutes. |
