Ingredients:

2 cups ripe fruit -- diced
2 1/2 cups water -- preferably filtered
3 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation:

Fruits: melon, pineapple, mango and/or papaya In a blender or a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the fruit, water and sugar. Process on high speed until completely smooth, about 1 minute. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing with the back of a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Chill thoroughly before serving. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Servings: 4
