Preparation:
Melt 12 oz of choclate chips.Mix the peppermint when melted.Cream 1 1/8 cups
of the powderd sugar with 1/2 cup butter.add 2 beaten eggs vanilla and when
mixed to a creamy stage stir into the cooled choclate.beat until smooth.Drop
by tsp on wax paper.store in fridge or freezer. |
